- 2 avocados, pitted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

- 5 oz. bacon, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions:
- Peel the avocados and cut them into medium strips.
- Crack the egg in a bowl and whisk it. Add coconut flakes, salt, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, and dried rosemary to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Dip the avocado strips into the egg mixture until fully coated.
