Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken liver

- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 5 oz chive stems
- ½ teaspoon dried cilantro
Directions
- Chop the chicken liver roughly and place it in the air fryer basket tray.
- Dice the chives and add them to the tray with the water.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F and cook the liver for 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, strain to discard the liquid and transfer the liver to a blender.
- Add butter, black pepper, and dried cilantro.
- Blend until smooth to get the desired pâté texture.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
