- 5 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tbsp green onions, chopped

Directions
- Place a trivet in a large saucepan and pour in 1–2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, garlic, and coconut aminos.
- Place salmon fillets in a heatproof dish that fits inside the saucepan.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the sweet chili sauce mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
- Seal the dish tightly with foil to form a pouch.
- Place the dish on the trivet inside the saucepan. Cover and steam for 15 minutes.
