Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place a trivet in a large saucepan and pour in 1–2 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, garlic, and coconut aminos.
  3. Place salmon fillets in a heatproof dish that fits inside the saucepan.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the sweet chili sauce mixture evenly over the salmon.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  7. Seal the dish tightly with foil to form a pouch.
  8. Place the dish on the trivet inside the saucepan. Cover and steam for 15 minutes.
  9. Carefully remove, serve, and enjoy!
