Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, pitted and cut into strips

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 5 oz. bacon, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Peel the avocados and cut them into medium-sized strips.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the egg and then mix in the coconut flakes, salt, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, and dried rosemary.
  4. Dip each avocado strip into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
  5. Wrap each avocado strip in a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  6. Drizzle the wrapped avocado with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 6 minutes on one side, then turn the avocado over and cook for another 5 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and serve!
