Instructions
- Add the chicken breasts, salt, pepper, and broth (or water) to your Instant Pot.
- Secure the lid and set the pressure valve to "Sealing."
- Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.
- Once cooking is complete, turn the valve to "Venting" to release pressure.
- After the pressure is released, carefully open the lid.
- Remove the chicken and shred using two forks on a cutting board or platter.
- Store the shredded chicken in an airtight container along with the cooking liquid to keep it moist.
