Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 egg
- 3 oz. flax seeds
- 3 oz. mozzarella, grated
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ tablespoon butter
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it.
- Sprinkle the whisked egg with flax seeds, grated mozzarella, water, baking soda, and salt. Whisk the mixture until well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C). Toss the butter in the air fryer basket to melt.
