Ingredients (Makes 10 Fat Bombs)

  • 2 oz. cheddar cheese, cut into 20 cubes
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp cold butter, diced into 20 pieces
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease two mini muffin trays.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Scoop 1 tsp of the beef mixture into each muffin cup and press flat.
  4. Add 1 cube of butter and 1 cube of cheddar cheese to each cup.
  5. Cover with more beef, sealing the cheese and butter inside.
  6. Form meatballs by pressing the beef firmly into the cups.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool slightly, then serve warm and juicy.
