Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs using your hands or a scoop.
  3. Set your air fryer to Bake mode at 400°F for 20 minutes and press START.
  4. When prompted to ADD FOOD, place the meatballs into the air fryer basket.
