- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 6 oz shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cider vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients. Then pour in boiling water and whisk quickly for about 30 seconds to form a dough.
- Shape the dough into 5–8 rolls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 55 minutes. Let cool.
- Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, mustard, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, allowing flavors to blend.
