- 1/4 cup sliced almonds + 1 tbsp extra (for topping)
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup flaxseed flour
- 1/4 cup sliced walnuts + 1 tbsp extra (for topping)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
- 25g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp peanut butter
🥣 Directions:
- In a bowl, mix collagen, sweetener, cinnamon, peanut butter, vanilla, and 2 tbsp coconut oil. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Add all nuts, seeds, and dried berries to the warm base. Stir until fully coated.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press mixture in firmly. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate, peanut butter, and 1 tbsp coconut oil. Spread over firm granola base.
- Sprinkle extra nuts on top and freeze for another hour.
