Directions:

- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté Swiss chard until wilted, about 2–3 minutes.
- Pour the eggs into the skillet, swirling to cover the base. Let cook undisturbed for about 1–2 minutes.
- Dollop ricotta on one half of the omelet, then fold the other half over.
- Cook for another minute until the omelet is set and warmed through. Serve immediately.
