  • ¼ cup black sesame seeds
  • 4 ahi tuna steaks
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed

Directions

  1. Mix the white and black sesame seeds in a shallow dish.
  2. Season the tuna steaks generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each tuna steak in the sesame seed mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat until hot.
