Ingredients
- 70 grams raw cashews
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp gelatin
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 200 grams zucchini, cut into sticks for dipping
Directions
- Boil the raw cashews in a saucepan over high heat for about 14 minutes until soft.
- Transfer the cashews to a blender and add garlic powder, gelatin, cider vinegar, turmeric powder, water, nutritional yeast, and salt.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour the puree into a saucepot and bring it to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes until smooth and thickened.
- Transfer the fondue to a fondue pot to keep warm.
- Serve with fresh zucchini sticks or your favorite dipping vegetables and enjoy!
