  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Fudge Layer:

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp full-fat coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond butter, syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in almond flour, coconut flour, and salt until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Press 2/3 of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. Set aside the remaining dough.
  4. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips with coconut milk over low heat. Stir in syrup, almond butter, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  5. Spread fudge layer over the pressed crust. Crumble the remaining dough on top.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
